Others are just saying their logo doesn’t represent them at all and their company’s branding efforts are “all over the place” and feel as though it’s affecting sales.
“I hate my logo and people never can tell what our company does!” -From a frustrated employee who wishes to remain anonymous so their boss don’t find out..
We’re currently conducting a survey:

1. Are you happy with your logo and Brand? (What, you feel, works and what doesn’t)
2. If so, who’s logo and brand you think doesn’t send the message and needs help? -or who’s doing a good job of it?

You have joined a great business and you want to create a downline to make it a success. Or you have found something that you believe will interest a good majority of the web users.

You make your decision to begin a mass emailing campaign. Have you got what it takes to write an email and get the replies flying in? This article is courtesy of Document Management

Most of us send out emails almost every day we do it so often with out even thinking about it, as a result they are often written and sent out less than perfect and fail to produce the desired result.

The purpose of sending out mass email is usually intended to attract visitors to view a website rather than make a sale, therefore it is important to take your time and define your aim precisely before writing the email.

Keep it simple and brief; avoid using long or technical words as some people may not understand them. Do not use three words where one will suffice. If the email is long and full of waffle boredom will set in and without a doubt it is likely to be deleted before reaching the end of it.

The opening paragraph is vital. If it does not click with the reader right away you have wasted your time sending it.

Even the best writers spend time editing and rewriting their article or email. For more information, please visit Document Management

Start with an eye catching headline. It might be a question or statement. You must grab their attention right away. Look at it from your readers point of view, is it forceful enough or exciting to make you want to read on and discover the end result?

Headlines hook prospects and lead them to the next line. There you start to build their interest to ensure they read the next sentence… and each subsequent one.

You might even find it is worth offering a free gift or a monthly newsletter that would help their business. There are plenty of free e-books on the web that you can give away.

If the intention of your email is to make a sale then offer a guarantee or a full refund this should dispel any fears they may have.

A cheeky way to test out your email is to send it to a couple of friends who are interested in business, add a message at the end of it and ask them to email you.

If you don’t receive a reply then you know your email was discarded before they reached your message, it is then a good idea to edit your email and remove any unneeded text. Visit Document Management for more information

Success guidebook to managing the giveaway promotional items.

For car sales rooms, attaching a printed keyring can be an essential selling tool for later sales, that’s often overlooked. Some see the keyring as an essential item whilst others think of it as just something else to have to sort out, pay for and issue. But the keyring, whether given away one per car or one per set of keys, is a fantastic way to get your name known for very little expense.

But why would you want to spend an extra 30 pence on a keyring when the customer already knows you exist and have bought from you? Do car customers come back quickly to buy another car a few weeks later? Is there really an advantage to adding a small amount to the cost of the car during the sales process?

Car buying customers don’t usually buy a new car every few months, but by distributing printed keyrings on every set of keys you hand out you are helping your business in several ways. That customer is bound to be telling their friends about their new car when they see them and if they have enjoyed your service, and remember they did buy from you so that’s a good sign, then it’s likely they will recommend you to their friends. With a keyring in their pockets they can tell their friends your contact details and maybe they will also become your customers.

Frequently I’ve looked up the number of the garage I bought the car from by referring to the keyring. I can then book the car in for its regular service and repairs. If that keyring isn’t there, I’ve got to put some effort into finding that garage’s number. So why not go somewhere else, where I can find the number or am maybe passing and can arrange the service then?

It is also very good customer care and helps your reputation. Buyers see that they can carry your contact details around with them whilst they drive their car about and know that if they need you, your contact phone number is attached to the keyring. If there’s a problem with the car, they can easily contact you and maybe it’s then you that arranges the repairs, and the invoice that goes along with it.

The actual keyring doesn’t need to be overly fancy. As long as it is hard wearing as it will be dumped into bags and pockets and needs to last, then the style is very much up to you. The popular torch keyring, whilst not expensive, is an extra gimmick that many buyers will like and think of as a really useful tool to carry around whilst driving. But even the most humble 30 pence printed plastic keyring, with your name and contact phone number printed clearly onto the inset should work most of the time. These don’t look as cheap as they really are and can be used from anywhere from back street used car sales to high end prestige car showroom. Wherever you lie within that range, there’s certainly a printed keyring for you and a market for you to distribute it to.

Think about other solutions for promotional items - cheap promotional mugs, for example.

And make sure you know these simple online selling tips, because they can help you a lot.

One of the revelations in MLM over the past couple of years was a report called The 7 Great Lies Of Network Marketing. Written by Ann Sieg it literally forced the industry to take a look at it’s recruitment methods and the way people build their business.

The network marketing lies may have not been what the industry needed at the time given it’s reputation for high failure rates but the fact is, something needed to be said and networkers needed to realize that the reason they were struggling may have had nothing to do with the way they were operating their business but more with the system they were being asked to use.

Network marketing is still one of the best home business opportunities available to the average person and when a solid system of attraction marketing is employed to build it then success over the long term can be easily achieved.

7 Great Lies Of Network Marketing

So what are the MLM lies we are talking about? Here are some and see if these are familiar…in other words, can you identify with them?

- anyone can do this business
- we’ll build your business for you
- you don’t have enough belief
- this isn’t sales and we just share products
- everyone is your prospect

Do any of these resonate with you? They should because these are some of the things pitched to prospects before joining a business and the truth is, they have hurt the industry and a strong reason why network marketing is “on the nose” for many people who have tried it.

For example, the biggest of all network marketing lies is undoubtedly “everyone is your prospect.”

This old school tactic has been taught to new prospects since day one and while it may have been pertinent even up to ten years ago, today, with resources such as the internet to attract targeted and genuine prospects, it just doesn’t apply anymore.

It starts with a person making a list and making assumptions about who would be suited to a business opportunity and who needs it. It’s not really businesslike is it and after all, network marketing is a business.

You see, not everyone wants to get into a business. Some will be happy with their lot in life, their job or just lounging around and nothing you say or do will convince them otherwise. And that’s the whole crux of this issue…convincing.

You don’t have to convince someone they need your business opportunity. Once you do that, you’ll be forever going into damage control trying to convince them they should stay committed and success will come.

When you start doing this, it’s no longer a matter of what your prospect wants but what you want and unless someone is genuinely hell bent on doing something, then there’s nothing you can do to change their mind.

It’s one of the greatest multi level marketing lies and believe me, adopting a more realistic attraction marketing based process will get you more results than you could have ever dreamed of.

No business would exist without its management. Managers could be described as the glue that holds any establishment together by organizing its human resources, its finances, and its day to day operation. Some people have a more natural affinity for this sort of job than others. Every manager, however, can benefit from management development coaching, whether they are new to the practice or seasoned veterans. A good coach can produce multiple benefits for managers.

Management development is not punishment. Good managers recognize when they could use a little help in increasing efficiency, and no one is so good at their job that they cannot improve with a little guidance. The goal is to make you the best manager, employee, and person you can be, and the benefits can be reaped by everyone.

The greatest benefit of management coaching is better results in your career. This may seem like it should go without saying, but there are so many so-called “solutions” out there that really do not have tangible career benefits. Coaching is different. If you find somebody good, great things will start happening at your business. Your employees will be happier, you will see a difference in your profits as your operations will run more efficiently.

Your business is not the only recipient of these benefits. Management development can be a very positive experience for you as well, not just as a manager but personally. The skills you will learn during coaching sessions can be applied both in the workplace and in your everyday life.

You may find management coaches almost anywhere nowadays. Some of them are better than others. Make sure to read a coach’s credentials before hiring him or her. Testimonials can’t hurt, but it is even better to ask for recommendations from people you know personally. They should be able to point you to a coach that will be a good match for your activity.

Whether small or big, growing or ailing, all organizations can benefit from guidance provided by reputed and experienced business coaches. Management development as suggested by the coaches can bring your disparate management system to a unified focus, thus adding vigor to your business.

Management is necessary for any business to operate. Managers manage people/finance/sales/production etc. All managers are not naturally suited and management development coaching helps in their development. This program benefits the individual by imparting key inputs. The first benefit of management coaching is profitable business career. Knowledgeable employees result in smooth operation/happy employees/higher profits. The skills learnt are applied not only in business but also in everyday life. The increase in number of management coaches causes variation in coaching quality and one has to ensure proper coach is selected by getting his credentials/testimonials.

Vinyl products especially Vinyl Decals are great tools to use as marketing tools. The question arises as to which might be the best way to utilize this amazing product. Vinyl signs and banners are effective graphic displays which provide optimum exposure to business or products that you may be wanting to promote. Vinyl signs and banners can be used as business signs also. With technological innovations, digital printing has led to very fine finish vinyl large format banners and signs. People easily recognize signs thus optimized display of the banners and signs at crucial locations where footfalls are higher, are the right places for placing these.

Most of the businesses have taken advantage of vinyl banner lettering to enhance their business. If some business shops had some banner lettering made from vinyl for their retail store.

You may think that to start a home business you can just get a website up, start sending some emails, and, “poof!”, customers will start banging down their door. Already at that point? If you aren’t you will be soon…

Here are Eight Tips to help home business owners avoid the pitfalls that sink many worthy home business enterprises.

1. Start With Someone Else’s Product(s) that are proven to be unique and in high demand
You need to learn the incredible ins and outs of online business before building a whole home business around it. Find an excellent Direct Sales product and learn how to market it successfully. The creator of this product has invested incredible amounts of time and money creating this product and done all the testing - just so you can be successful!

2. Your Product Has A Proven, Duplicatable Marketing System
One way to know if you have found a good product to market is if the marketing system is first class. Does it have lead capture pages? Powerful sales pages? Can you see stats of past success? Are autoresponder emails, ezine ads, banners, etc., that have been proven to convert sales, been provided?

If not, don’t risk marketing the product, no matter how much you like it?

3. Is there support and training beyond a “sponsor?”
Does the company offering you the product as an affiliate have a real live human you can talk to with questions and coaching? Does it provide training resources, teleconferences, live training events, etc.?

If it doesn’t, run the other way! You don’t want to get involved with what seems like a great product and then have to learn how to market it all by yourself!

4. Check Out The Company Management
Make sure you know exactly who is behind the Direct Sales company you are selecting. Google each of the principals to verify their integrity. You don’t want to start your precious home business based on them and then find they took their profits and ran off to Tazmania with all the profits, including yours!

5. Does The Company Give Back?
These days, there are thousands of fly-by-night companies out there hawking the latest mlm, network marketing and affiliate programs, eager to sign you up to make money for them.

One way you can tell the integrity of a company is if they proudly display the ways in which they give back with their success. Look for charities they support or worthy causes they are involved with.

6. Does The Company Have A Plan For Global Expansion:
In today’s global economy, and with all the uncertainty of late, we MUST be playing in the global marketplace. Make sure the company you work with is.

7. Check Into The Company’s Support And Training
The support of the online home business company must be second to none. When you read about it, does it give you the hope to be successful? Do they offer a lot of training up front for free in teleseminars and webinars? Don’t link up with a company that doesn’t.

8. Is It An online business?
In today’s environment, the opportunity is ONLINE! Don’t settle for anything less than a home business that gets you working online for all your prospecting and sales.

Remember, “Luck is simply when preparation meets opportunity.” Do your due diligence following these eight points, and your home business will succeed.
